Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Richard Withers has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as a Consultant in our London office. He has over 30 years of industry experience with a focus on offshore oil and gas projects and offshore renewable energy projects.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Richard was the Project Director at Offshore Wind-Linxon in the United Kingdom. Richard has commercial expertise in the areas of offshore electrical systems, and extensive experience leading and delivering EPC projects in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
