Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Kimberly Legge has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as a Consultant in our Houston office. She has over 30 years of industry experience with a focus on midstream oil and gas operations.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Kimberly was the Executive Vice President of Operations, Engineering, and Construction for Key Capture Energy. She has extensive experience in the operations and maintenance management of numerous midstream facilities, including refined product tank terminals; rail, truck and marine loading facilities; crude oil gathering and long-haul pipelines; and refrigeration propane facilities.

Kimberly holds a M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
