Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Moore has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as a Senior Consultant in our Houston office. He has over 30 years of industry experience with a focus on upstream oil and gas field development and capital projects.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Jeffrey was the General Manager of Engineering and Projects for Amni International Petroleum. He has extensive experience leading and delivering EPC projects, from concept feasibility, FEED, and detailed engineering to construction and operations in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, South America, Mexico, Africa, and Vietnam.

Jeffrey holds a M.B.A. from the University of Houston, a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.
