Baker & O'Brien, Inc., is pleased to recognize the following management promotions and changes that became effective January 1, 2024:

• Ajey Chandra is promoted to Chief Executive Officer;
• Charlie Hirst is promoted to Executive Vice President;
• Peter Bartlett is promoted to Senior Vice President in addition to his continuing role as Managing Director of the London office; and
• Shawn McDonald is promoted to Vice President and Houston Office Manager.

After many years of dedicated service, Mr. Kevin Waguespack has announced his retirement from full-time employment effective December 31, 2023. Mr. Waguespack will continue to perform consulting services in support of clients for several of the firm’s on-going engagements and will serve on the Company’s Board of Directors during 2024.

Mr. Chandra stated, “We all wish Kevin a long and healthy retirement. While we will miss our day-to-day interactions with him, we know that he will continue to be a part of the Baker & O’Brien family through his ongoing client assignments and lending his years of experience to the Company’s Board of Directors. We are excited by the promotions of several key individuals in the organization, and this continues to demonstrate the breadth and depth of our management and consulting team.
