Jason A. Brunsell

Mr. Brunsell has over 20 years of professional experience in oil and gas exploration and production, natural gas processing, and petrochemicals. Jason has worked in various research, process, production, and project engineering roles in hands-on chemical plant environments. He later transitioned to the midstream industry, where he continued in process and project engineering assignments involving plant and pipeline projects. While Jason was with a major midstream company, he developed pipelines and terminals to deliver various NGLs to refining and petrochemical customers.

As the Director of Midstream and Commercial Operations for Encino Energy, Jason managed the midstream companies providing natural gas gathering, processing, and fractionation. Additionally, he developed expertise in contract administration, operations coordination, and gas and liquids settlements.

Jason’s broad background provides insights into engineering and commercial matters in oil and gas production, midstream, and the petrochemical industries. Since becoming a consultant, he has advised clients on midstream pipeline development and commissioning, oil and gas royalty deductions, natural gas byproduct market analysis, and interstate natural gas pipeline commercial matters.
