Amy has been with Baker & O’Brien since March 2009 where she advises refining, midstream, and marketing clients on a broad range of issues including business strategy, asset and business valuation, crude oil and refined product markets and logistics, acquisition and divestitures and competitive market positioning. In addition to the industry advisory services, Amy supports legal disputes related to asset valuation, tax appraisals, business interruption losses, and commercial contract disputes.
Prior to Baker & O’Brien, Amy worked for Charles River Associates supporting the Global Industrial Consulting and Competition practices. Her responsibilities included financial modeling and analysis for energy companies and investment groups related to corporate strategy, operations efficiency, and market forecasting studies. She was also engaged in legal disputes where she performed analyses of legal documents and financial statements to calculate economic damages.
