Baker & O'Brien Announces Management Promotions

Baker & O'Brien, Inc. is pleased to announce the following promotions effective January 1, 2013. Don Flessner has been named Executive Vice President of the firm. Chuck Freeny, based in Dallas, and Dave Tamm and Kevin Waguespack, both based in Houston, have been promoted to Senior Vice President. Alan Reynolds, Managing Director of Baker & O'Brien (UK) LLP in London, has been promoted to Vice President. The firm’s management team now comprises the following individuals:
• Ken Baker and John O’Brien, Executive Chairmen;
• Rob Donnell, President;
• Don Flessner, Executive Vice President;
• Chuck Freeny, Dave Tamm, and Kevin Waguespack, Senior Vice Presidents; and
• Alan Reynolds and Dileep Sirur, Vice Presidents.
Concurrent with these changes, Kevin Waguespack will manage the firm’s business development activities, Dave Tamm will manage the firm’s Houston office, and Peter Halliday will manage the firm’s Dallas office.
